Maynard James Keenan (TOOL, A PERFECT CIRCLE, PUSCIFER) and his wife welcomed a new daughter named Lei Li Agostina Maria on Friday, July 25 at 7:19 p.m. The baby weighed in at 7 pounds and measured 19 inches. The news was revealed via PUSCIFER's Instagram account earlier today.
Keenan has an 18-year-old son named Devo who sang backing vocals on A PERFECT CIRCLE's 'Thirteenth Step' and was later credited as a cellist on the song 'Sword' from ASHES DIVIDE, the solo project of A PERFECT CIRCLE guitarist Billy Howerdel. Devo also performed at Maynard's 50th-birthday party in Los Angeles earlier this year.
A PERFECT CIRCLE last year released both a greatest hits set called 'Three Sixty' and a concert boxed set titled 'A Perfect Circle Live: Featuring Stone And Echo'.
TOOL guitarist Adam Jones and drummer Danny Carey recently revealed the real reasons why the band has not made an album since 2006 in a new interview with Rolling Stone. The biggest hold-up has been a 'multi-level lawsuit' that started in 2007 when a friend of the band claimed that he had created artwork for the group and wanted credit for it. Then an insurance company that TOOL had hired for the sole purpose of defending the band against lawsuits turned around and sued the band over technicalities regarding the case. The band countersued the insurer, with the case finally going to trial next January after seven years.

A Perfect Circle Live: Featuring Stone and Echo is a live box set by American rock supergroup, A Perfect Circle. It was released via the band's own label, A Perfect Circle Entertainment, on November 26, 2013,[1][2][3] a week after the release of the band's greatest hits album, Three Sixty.[4]

The box set includes five audio CDs and a DVD of Stone and Echo, a full-length concert film of the band's performance on August 02, 2011, at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado. It also features Trifecta, the multi-disc collection of the band’s complete studio discography, Mer de Noms (2000), Thirteenth Step (2003) and eMOTIVe (2004), recorded live during the band's 2010 series of 'three-night, full-album performances.' The live performances of 'By and Down', 'Ashes to Ashes' and 'Diary of a Love Song' were released as bonus tracks.[5][6]
