We are not sure about the product as well as the version of product for which you need activation code. Assuming you are trying to get the codes for ChemBioDraw Ultra 14.0 or below.
From September 2018, versions14.0 in the End of Life phase and no longer supported. So we recommend to upgrade to the current version.
I am not sure about your Mac OSX. If you have Mac OSX 10.9 or below, kindly upgrade your Operating System to be able to use one of the available versions.
